Do you work with clients outside India — UK, UAE, USA and other countries?
Yes, absolutely. We actively work with clients from the UK, UAE, USA, Canada, Australia, and across Europe. All our processes work seamlessly online via Zoom, Google Meet, or WhatsApp. International payments are accepted via Wise, PayPal, and SWIFT bank transfer. GST is applicable only for Indian clients.
What information should I have ready before contacting you?
Just a rough idea of what you need and your goals — that is enough to get started. It helps to know whether you have an existing website, what services you are interested in, and your approximate budget. What is your payment structure?
We follow a 3-stage structure: 50% advance to begin, 25% at design approval milestone, and 25% on final delivery before go-live. We accept UPI, bank transfer, and credit/debit cards. For international clients — Wise and PayPal. A proper GST invoice is issued for every payment for Indian clients.
Do you sign NDAs before starting a project?
Yes. We sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement before any project discussion if required. Your business idea, project details, and all confidential information shared with us remain completely private. We take client confidentiality very seriously across all 200+ client relationships.
